West Virginia physician claims privileges revoked without justification

A West Virginia family physician filed a lawsuit against a hospital claiming the medical staff revoked his privileged due to a financial conflict of interest, according to a January 8 story in The West Virginia Record.
In the lawsuit, Danny R. Westmoreland, DO makes claims for
- Breach of contract
- Denial of due process
- Anti-trust
- Tortious interference with both his clients and business
- Damage to professional reputation
