Tip of the week: Get ready for your Joint Commission survey with a new guide

The Joint Commission posted a 2009 Survey Activity Guide on its Web site to help facilities prepare for their survey. The guide, which contains information for all accreditation programs, helps answer questions such as what materials will the surveyors need while they’re at the facility and in what ways can the organization help to facilitate the process.
