Patients increasingly request that health entities provide additional services such as midwifery, acupuncture, marital counseling, drug and alcohol rehabilitation therapy, massage therapy, and relaxation techniques (e.g., biofeedback, imagery, and hypnotherapy). Consider offering such alternative services to improve patient care and customer satisfaction.
