Tip of the week: An easy equation for measuring competency

Developing competency measurements—either for a new practitioner or during reappointment—can be a daunting task. The following is a simple equation to keep in mind when developing your competency data collectors:
Competency = Have you done it recently + when you did it, did you do it well?
