The 2009 Credentials Verification Desk Reference (CVDR) is now available for pre-orders and will be shipped at the end of November!
CVDR is single-volume book designed to streamline the primary source verification process. It gives credentialing professionals the most current contact information and procedures they need to verify practitioner education, licensure, specialty board affiliations, and more.
This new edition contains a crosswalk of standards and regulations from The Joint Commission—including the 2009 renumbered standards—as well as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), and NCQA. It also contains quick-reference information about credentialing and privileging challenges; issues relevant to managed care, ambulatory and long-term care organizations; and listings of must-know credentialing and privileging resources (e.g., data banks, masterfiles, and more).
