As the season turns from summer to fall, MSPs across the country are starting to think about the annual NAMSS conference on October 13-15. Here are some questions to ask yourself as you plan you conference itinerary:
- Does your medical staff office need to purchase an online software system with core privilege forms built in? If so, register in advance for our live luncheon demonstration of Core Privilege Plus Software. Email Executive Editor Maureen Coler at mcoler@hcpro.com for more information.
- Would you like one-on-one advice about your credentialing problems? Sign up for a complementary 30 minute consultation session with columnist Sally Pelletier, CPMSM, CPCS, or one of her colleagues from The Greeley Company. To schedule your consultation, please contact Stacey Koch in advance by calling 888/749-3054 ext. 3193, or email skoch@greeley.com.
- Are you still struggling with focused and ongoing professional practice evaluations (FPPE and OPPE)? Listen to Rick Sheff, MD, CMSL, chairman of The Greeley Company, presenting “Getting Practical: How to Match Demonstrated Competency with Privileges,” on Wednesday, October 15th, 10:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. You’ll come away with tools you can use to carry out OPPE, FPPE, and match the results of peer review to privileges granted. Plus, you’ll earn 1.5 CE credits.
