Is your office ready for a face lift? Hospitals are embracing the evidence-based design trend that advocates windows, nature, and an overall atmosphere of relaxation, according to a June 6 Jacksonville (FL) Business Journal article.
This design style is “used to create environments that are therapeutic, supportive of family involvement, efficient for staff performance, and restorative for workers under stress,” according to the Center for Health Design, a nonprofit organization based in Concord, CA.
