Corrections to July 2007 HCPCS codes quarterly update
On October 5, CMS issued a MLN Matters article relating to Transmittal 1351 to the Medicare Claims Processing Manual (Correction to CR5645: July 2007 Quarterly Update to the HCPCS Codes for Albuterol, Levalbuterol, and Reclast®). Transmittal 1351 clarified that the changes to these drugs apply to both Medicare fiscal intermediaries and A/B MACs.
