Corrections to July 2007 HCPCS codes quarterly update transmittal
On October 5, CMS issued a transmittal revising Transmittal 1260 to the Medicare Claims Processing Manual (July 2007 Quarterly Update to the HCPCS Codes for Albuterol, Levalbuterol, and Reclast®). The revision clarifies that the Transmittal 1260 changes apply to Medicare fiscal intermediaries and A/B MACs.
Effective date: July 1, 2007
Implementation date: November 5, 2007
