The OIG has posted a new publication designed to help healthcare organization boards ask appropriate questions related to healthcare quality requirements, measurement tools, and reporting requirements.
"Corporate Responsibility and Health Care Quality: A Resource for Health Care Boards of Director," created in partnership with the American Health Lawyers Association (AHLA), seeks to assist directors of healthcare organizations in carrying out their oversight responsibilities. It is the third in a series of documents on corporate responsibility co-sponsored by the OIG and the AHLA.
