Deadline extended for publication of provider reimbursement final rule
On June 22, CMS published in the Federal Register a notice extending, until June 28, 2008, its deadline for publishing the final version of the provider reimbursement proposed rule published in the June 25, 2004 Federal Register. CMS is proposing to update, clarify, and revise the regulations governing provider reimbursement determinations and appeals before the Provider Reimbursement Review Board.
