CMS publishes final rule on payment methodology for Indian Health Service program
On June 4, CMS published in the Federal Register a final rule revising the payment methodology for Medicare-participating hospitals and critical access hospitals that furnish inpatient services to individuals who are authorized to receive services from such hospitals under the Indian Health Service's contract health services program.
