CMS proposes to limit coverage of erythropoiesis stimulating agent treatments
On May 14, CMS issued a proposed decision memorandum proposing to limit coverage of erythropoiesis stimulating agent treatments. CMS is seeking comments on the proposed decision memo. The comment period is open until June 13.
