CMS announces IPPS proposed changes

CMS issued proposed rule CMS-1533-P (Medicare Program: Proposed Changes to the Hospital Inpatient Prospective Payment Systems and Fiscal Year 2008 Rates) on April 13, 2007. The display copy can be viewed here.
The proposed rule will be published in the May 3, 2007 Federal Register. Comments will be accepted until June 12, 2007, and a final rule will be published later in the summer.
