Auditing/compliance employees divulge 2007 goals
When it comes to making a New Year's resolution, some will choose to lose weight, others may promise to spend less money, and a few will refuse to make any to avoid falling into the cliché. But if you are looking to enhance your professional skills in 2007, several members of the auditing and compliance fields offered their goals to help you get the motor running.
Employee relations
"For 2007, I plan to implement an enhanced exit interview form and process, and encourage management to have their departing employees complete the form. It will be revised to include corporate compliance questions," says Norm Werner, director of corporate compliance for Continuum Health Partners in New York City.
