OIG posts new corporate integrity agreements

Six healthcare entities entered into Corporate Integrity Agreements (CIA) with the OIG, the office announced.

To form a CIA, the OIG negotiates compliance obligations with healthcare providers and other entities as part of the federal investigation settlements that stemmed from false claim charges.

The following groups entered into new agreements with the OIG:

  • American Medical Response, Inc. of Greenwood Village, CO
  • Gerald Batipps, MD of Washington, DC
  • Krishna Bhat, MD of Johnstown, PA
  • IHS/Care Centers of Evanston, IL
  • Inova VNA Home Care of Falls Church, VA
  • Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. of Sunrise, FL
