As a compliance officer, you're expected to develop and implement a program that will get your employees up to speed on everything related to compliance.
Based on the popular TV show The Apprentice, this compliance game lets you team up individuals from different departments or create friendly competition between two departments.
What you will need:
The object
Teams will work under a deadline to develop the best plan for a staff compliance-training program. The team that impresses the judges with a creative, effective idea wins the game.
How to play
Don't forget to get approval for the winning project from the senior leadership and the staff education department before going public.
