The American Hospital Association (AHA) and the CMS are joining forces to establish a clearinghouse to answer HCPCS coding questions. HCPCS codes are becoming more of an issue under the implementation of prospective payment methods. The clearinghouse is designed to help providers properly use the codes.
Questions along with supporting documentation can be faxed or mailed to the AHA, central office of HCPCS. Click here to download the form to submit a question.
