Q: Should we put a notice of privacy practices on our Web site?

Yes. If you maintain a Web site describing the services and benefits your organization offers, you must make a notice of privacy practices available electronically through the site.

For more information see Section 164.520(c) Provision of Notice of Privacy Practices.
