A former medical assistant in New Hampshire faces three months in jail after using patients' names to call in prescriptions.

Chelsea Tessier, 22, of Manchester, worked in a physician's office, where she collected patients' information, and used it to call in prescriptions for her own use, according to the Associated Press.

She pleaded guilty on two cases of Medicaid fraud, the AP reported.
