Compiling HIPAA compliance reports

HIPAA describes compliance reviews and outlines the responsibilities of covered entities for keeping records of those reviews and submitting reports to HHS so it may determine compliance. Here are four key components of a compliance report:

  • HIPAA privacy and security compliance assurance master plan and results tracking
