Regulations: HHS seeks input on regulatory review

HHS publishes regulatory review notice
On April 13, HHS published in the Federal Register a request for information regarding its upcoming regulatory review. Executive Order 13563, ‘‘Improving Regulation and Regulatory Review,” instructed federal agencies to develop a plan to review existing regulations. HHS will determine whether any regulations should be modified, streamlined, expanded, or repealed so as to make its regulatory program more effective or less burdensome in achieving regulatory objectives.
