Weigh in on a recent MedicareFind Forum post:
I'm looking for information regarding Critical Access Hospitals. If the hospital had a rate change during a patients stay, would CMS reimburse this by the admit date or discharge date? For IPPS, if the update happened during an IP stay, the reimbursement is based on the admission date, but I'm having no luck finding this info for CAH's.
