Weigh in on a recent MedicareFind Forum post:

If a Medicare OPPS claim has multiple procedures, let's say one with status indicator C and the other with T (Significant Procedure, Multiple Reduction Applies), should the whole claim still be denied for having a C procedure on an outpatient claim? Or should the line item with status indicator C be the only line denied, and the rest paid per the OPPS?
