Weigh in on a recent MedicareFind Forum question:
On a CMS transmittal it states that G0424 takes effective 1/1/10 for claims processed on or after 10/4/10, we processed a claim after 10/4/10 and still denied. We are billing with rev 948 and using a TOB 131. Has anyone received payment using rev 948. Billing facility (hospital outpatient).
