Regulations: CMS updates threshold amounts for ALJ, judicial review

CMS posts updated ALJ, judicial review thresholds
On September 24, CMS published a notice in the Federal Register to update the amount-in-controversy threshold amounts for administrative law judge (ALJ) and judicial review. Effective for ALJ hearings and judicial review requests filed on or after January 1, 2011, the threshold amounts are $130 for ALJ hearings and $1,300 for judicial review.
