Can you believe it’s Labor Day already – the summer flew by!
I have a quick note this week on the August 26 Hospital Open Door Forum (ODF). CMS gave important guidance on billing outpatient procedures that are bundled to inpatient claims. It is follow-up guidance related to instructions in a Joint Signature Memo (JSM) released by CMS on August 9 on the three day payment window.
