CMS publishes OPPS rulemaking
On August 3, CMS published in the Federal Register the 2011 OPPS proposed rule (CMS-1504-P). Among other proposals, the rule would further clarify and revise physician supervision requirements under the “incident to” benefit. CMS also released a correction and notice regarding the 2010 OPPS. CMS had previously released display copies of the rulemaking.
