President Obama signed legislation on Friday that included a "Clarification of 3-day Payment Window" that represents a seemingly large take away for hospitals and based on CMS' initial announcement on implementation may be much more difficult and time consuming for hospitals to deal with on a day-to-day basis than the prior rule.
