OIG audits bad debts
On June 4, the OIG issued two reports on bad debts claimed by Carolinas Medical Center under parts A and B in 2005.

NCHS posts ICD-9 conversion table
The NCHS has posted a conversion table for diagnostic and procedural code changes between 1986-2010. The table shows the date new codes became effective and their previously assigned code equivalents.
