The National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) has posted errata for the 2011 ICD-9-CM tabular and alphabetic index, effective October 1, 2010.

CMS issues memo on corridor width requirements
On May 14, CMS posted to update and revise information first conveyed in Survey and Certification letter 04-41, issued on August 12, 2004 by CMS, which provided guidance on corridor width requirements associated with the installation of wall-mounted computer touch screens in health care facilities.
