CMS rescinded and replaced four transmittals previously outlined in Medicare Weekly Update.

CMS releases special edition MLN Matters article on Medicare coverage of blood glucose monitors and testing supplies
On April 16, CMS issued a special edition MLN Matters article reminding providers what blood glucose self-testing equipment and supplies are covered for Medicare beneficiaries, instructions on prescriptions, and beneficiary’s documentation requirements.
