RACs update approved audit issues
HealthDataInsights (HDI), the RAC for Region D, and DCS Healthcare, the RAC for Region A, have continued to update their list of approved issues for auditing.

CMS posts NCDs for pharmacogenomic testing, FDG PET
CMS posted two NCDs related to recent coverage decisions.
- NCD for Pharmacogenomic Testing for Warfarin Response (90.1)
- NCD for Positron Emission Tomography (FDG) for Oncologic Conditions (220.6.17)
CMS issues memo on CAH changes in IPPS rule
On December 31, CMS issued a memo summarizing changes in the 2010 IPPS final rule that affect CAHs, related to CAH participation in areas no longer rural and CAH-owned clinical labs.
