CMS implements 2010 cost-sharing rates
On November 16, CMS issued a transmittal to update the claims processing system to apply the new deductible, coinsurance, and premium rates for 2010.

On November 6, CMS issued a transmittal to implement the updated Part B average sales price (ASP) drug pricing files and revisions to prior quarterly files.
