OIG issues audits of oxaliplatin payments
On October 15, the OIG issued two reports, on oxaliplatin payments in New Jersey and Pennsylvania during 2005. The OIG found that Highmark, the Medicare fiscal intermediary for New Jersey and Pennsylvania during 2005, made combined overpayments of more than $500,000 for oxaliplatin.
