The 2010 OIG Work Plan details various target areas including hospital readmissions, adverse events, and issues related to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The Office of Audit Services, Office of Evaluation and Inspections, Office of Investigations, and Office of Counsel to the Inspector General plan to review these issues in the upcoming fiscal year.
Due to the changing nature of issues affecting Health and Human Services programs, as always, the OIG will consistently make updates and additions throughout the year on issues and events not currently listed in the Work Plan.
