Red Flags Rule delayed until November 1

If your facility isn’t ready to comply with the Red Flags Rule, you’re in luck—the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has pushed off the enforcement deadline again until November 1.

As with the last postponement, the government believed many organizations weren’t ready to comply.
