Connolly Healthcare, the RAC for region C, has now posted issues for review in Florida.

OIG audits Epogen payment
On August 5, the OIG released audit reports A-03-07-00033 and A-03-07-00026, in which it determined that Fresenius Medical Care-First State and Fresenius Medical Care-Beckley did not meet Medicare payment requirements for some Epogen administrations.
