Technologists play a key role in digital productivity, and enlisting their help to boost efficiency may provide a payoff for your facility’s bottom line.
Some facilities are offering financial bonuses to technologists who meet or exceed set productivity goals, provided they ensure patient satisfaction and image quality, says Cam Teems, CPC, CPHIMS, consulting principal at Practice Advantage, Inc., in Atlanta.
