National Mammography Database provides benchmarks

Beginning in July, mammography facilities will have a new tool to help them compare their performance to other facilities of the same type and size. The National Mammography Database (NMD) will join several other ACR registry databases, which collect data and allow facilities to compare their performance to regional and national benchmarks.
