OIG issues reports on oxaliplatin billing
On May 14, the OIG issued two reports on oxaliplatin billing. In both cases, the OIG determined that providers had billed the number of units incorrectly and received overpayments as a result.

CMS posts final decision memo for colorectal cancer screening CTCs
On May 12, CMS issued a final decision memo for screening computed tomography colonography (CTC) for colorectal cancer in which it determined that this remains noncovered.
