A Huston jury convicted Houston area residents, Rhonda Fleming, Bose Ebhamen, and King Arthur, of healthcare fraud, according to a Department of Justice release.

According to the release, Fleming, owner of three durable medical equipment companies, and her co-conspirators used Ebhamen and Arthur’s Medicare supplier numbers to create false billing documents for medical equipment that was never purchased or delivered.
