CMS rescinds and replaces previous transmittal on the CY 2009 clinical laboratory fee schedule
On December 31, CMS issued a transmittal rescinding and replacing a previous transmittal that provided information on the CY 2009 clinical laboratory fee schedule. The new transmittal updates certain payment rates.
Effective date: January 1, 2009
Implementation date: January 5, 2009
