CMS issues new numbers for MAC jurisdictions
On November 28, CMS released a transmittal assigning new numbers for all MAC jurisdictions.
Effective date: January 1, 2006
Implementation date: December 29, 2008
CMS updates exhibits in State Operations Manual
On November 28, CMS issued a transmittal revising exhibits 37, 196, and 287 of the State Operations Manual.
