Calendar year (CY) 2009 OPPS final rule published in Federal Register
On November 18, CMS published the CY 2009 OPPS final rule in the Federal Register. As reported in the November 4 issue of Medicare Weekly Update, CMS had previously published a display copy of the final rule on its Web site.
