Louisiana trio indicted for Medicare fraud

Alton Bates, owner and operator of Above & Beyond, LLC, a provider of psychotherapy services in Louisiana, was indicted for bilking Medicare for more than $1 million, according to a WBRZ story.
A federal indictment also named Robert Ivory Levy and Juanita Anderson Hilton as co-conspirators in the scheme to bill Medicare for psychotherapy services that were never provided.
