CMS issues transmittal revising instructions on limitation on liability and the Advance Beneficiary Notice of Noncoverage (ABN) form
On September 5, CMS released revised manual instructions on limitation on liability, including use of the revised ABN form. See “Note from Hugh” above for more information.
Effective date: March 3, 2008
