Correction to the 2009 Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) proposed rule published in Federal Register
On August 11, a correction to the 2009 OPPS proposed rule was published in the Federal Register. The correction affects Table 30 (“Proposed CY 2009 Drug Administration APCs”), which appears on page 41504 of the proposed rule.

On August 8, the 2009 IRF PPS final rule was published in the Federal Register. As reported in the August 5 issue of Medicare Weekly Update, CMS had previously posted a display copy of the rule on the CMS Web site.
