There’s much more to hiring the right radiologist than just finding the right candidate. You need to ensure that you have a well thought out hiring and negotiation process, or you risk wasting money, resources, and possibly missing out on some top contenders, says Lauren Krebs, a radiology recruitment specialist at American Medical Recruiters in Ft.
