CMS issues fourth quarter 2007 listing of program issuances
On April 1, CMS published in the Federal Register a listing of program issuances published between October 2007 and December 2007. These include CMS manual instructions, regulations, and other notices relating to the Medicare and Medicaid programs.

CMS issues fiscal year (FY) 2008 Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS) correction notice
On April 1, CMS issued the display copy of a notice correcting certain technical and typographical errors that appeared in a previous FY 2008 IPPS correction notice and the FY 2008 IPPS final rule.
